The district has just launched the Hazel Telehealth Services. Hazel at home is available to all students of CCSD while at home with a parent/guardian. Parents utilize their personal electronic devices to video conference or speak to a medical professional regarding their child’s physical health.
Services are available Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm. Multiple languages are also available for non-English speakers. Families can review information at my.hazel.co/ccsd.
